Parking tariff

How charges work: each completed 24 hours = one daily rate. The leftover hours are billed at the hourly rate, capped so a part-day never costs more than the daily rate. Example at ₹50/hr & ₹500/day: a halt of 1 day 3 hrs = ₹500 + ₹150 = ₹650.
